While this DLC introduces many new items, such as weapons, armor, bosses, and tools, it also brings back a handful of familiar elements from the base game. Among these is the Imbued Sword Key, which you previously used at the Four Belfries Waygates. However, this time, there is only one available.

How To Find The Imbued Sword Key In Shadow Of The Erdtree

You’re likely familiar with theImbued Sword Keyfrom the base game, which unlock specific teleports that take you to different locations. In the Realm of Shadow,a new Imbued Sword Key has been addedfor you to find and use.

Before you can obtain this key, you’ll need to progress through the game andreach Castle Ensis, located to thenortheast of your starting point. This Legacy Dungeon is probably the smallest in the DLC, so navigating it shouldn’t be too challenging.

Once you reach Castle Ensis, proceed until youarrive at the Site of Grace known as the Castle-Lord’s Chamber, just before the main boss.

This will make it easier to direct you from this grace.

After reaching it, you’ll need to do a bit of backtracking.Return to the elevator you came from, exit that room, and you should seea tower in front of you.

Head to the tower while being cautious of the surrounding enemies. Inside, you will finda chest that you can open to obtain the Imbued Sword Key.

Where To Use The Imbued Sword Key In Shadow Of The Erdtree

With the Imbued Sword Key in hand, your next task is to locate its teleporter, and fortunately, it’s not far from the key’s location. First,defeat the boss of this dungeon, knownas Rellana, Twin Moon Knight.

Once you defeat her, exit the boss arena, and shortly ahead, you will come acrossa Site of Grace called Highroad Cross. From there,head westand make your way down to the river below.

Climb up the rocks and continue southtoward the tower in front of you. At the base of the tower,you’ll find the Belfry teleporter, where you can use your Imbued Sword Key.

Interacting with the teleporter willtransport you to a separate area in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, where you can obtain a couple of items that we won’t spoil for you here.
