Your equipment inOnce Humanwill determine how well you survive the dangerous, Stardust-polluted world. Your armor set is just as crucial as the weapons you choose to deal with enemies. Armor increases your health, boosts your resistance to pollution, and certain sets provide extra bonuses for your character, adding an additional layer of protection.
You can obtain armor pieces in two ways: you can find them while exploring different settlements, but the downside is that you won’t be able to repair them when they break. Alternatively, you can aim to collect blueprint fragments for the armor of your choice. These pieces can be repaired and usually offer better stats for your character.
How To Get The Heavy Duty Set
If you want to acquire theHeavy Duty Set armor, you must hunt downcertain Mystical Crates located in the Chalk Peak region, the western area on the map. These crates containblueprint fragments for the set, and you needthree crates to collect enough fragments to craft the full set, as each crate provides 30 fragments.
The recommended level for this region is 34, but you can survive at level 30 with good equipment.
For your first location,head to Greenlake Hill,west of the Monolith of Thirstin this region. Once there, go to thesouthwest of this settlement, where you will find an elite enemy nearby. Defeat it, and just to the southwest, you’ll spotthe Mystical Crate on a rooftop.
You must take the stairs up and then the ladder to reach it, where you will receive yourfirst 30 blueprint fragments for the Heavy Duty Set.
The second location isSilvershore Resort, located in the southernmost part of the region.
Here,head to the building to the eastand take the stairs up to the first floor.On the balcony, you’ll find theMystical Cratewaiting for you.
For the final location,make your way to Evergreen Vineyard, in the northern part of this region. To the south, you’ll spota black and white house.
Make your way to it andgo to the upper floor,where you’llfind the last Heavy Duty Mystical Crate.
With all the fragments in hand, open your menu andgo to Blueprints. Under Armor Blueprints, you’ll seea yellow icon in the top left corner of each Heavy Duty Set armor piece, and all you have to do ishold Fto unlock each of the six parts of the set.
Now that you’ve unlocked the blueprint, you will need tocraft the full set at yourGear Workbenchwith the right materials, depending on which tier you want to craft.
It is highly recommended that you craft this set only after obtaining the Advanced Gear Workbench, which allows you to craft Tier Five pieces for maximum attributes.
