The First Descendanthas added a set of summer-themed skins to the in-game shop that are only available for a limited time. Viessa and Valby have unique swimsuits only available to them, while all the masculine characters have a universal skin up for grabs. These skins will be in the shop until late September.
In this short guide, we go over how you can get these summer skins in The First Descendant, how much they cost, and give a preview of every single summer event skin. We also give a brief explanation of how to equip skins for your equipped Descendant.
How To Get Summer Skins
Currently,the summer skins are exclusive to the in-game cash shop.All three available skins can only bepurchased with Caliber, the game’s paid currency.The skins are available until September 26.It’s unclear if these summer skins will reappear at some point in the future.
There are currently three summer skins available for purchase:
Valby and Viessa’s skins are tied to their respective Descendants, while the generic Summer Theme set can be worn by all masculine characters.
How To Equip Skins
From the inventory screen, head to the Customize tab and select “Descendants.” This will bring up a menu where you’re able to change the appearance of your currently-selected character, including their chosen skin and body attachments. Most skins (including the summer skins) can also be dyed with paint consumables, most of which are obtained in the cash shop.

There are currently three summer event skins available for purchase: Viessa, Valby, and a universal skin for all masculine characters.The Summer Theme Set is the cheapest of the bunch and can be worn by multiple characters.
These skins can be used by normal and ultimate Descendants.
