Where To Get Specialized Biometal
Specialized Biometal is a rare material found inHagios recon missions and Void Reactor bosses.It has four drop locations:
Elites slain in any of the listed mission types have a chance of dropping Specialized Biometal.Since Void Reactors require specific materials to activate, it’s best to farm Recon missions for this material instead. Successful infiltrations aren’t needed either; you just need to kill the miniboss. The drop chance isn’t guaranteed.
The Best Specialized Biometal Farm
The best Specialized Biometal farm is theForward Base recon mission in Hagios.You simply need to deactivate four generators and kill a fairly weak miniboss. Wait 60 seconds for the mission to reset, and repeat. You can farm this mission with either Bunnyor Sharen.Bunnycan destroy all four generators in seconds with her third ability, while Sharen can hack the generators to earn bonus rewards. Bunny is slightly faster, but Sharen gives bonus Amorphous Materials.
Consumable Drop Rate
Be sure to equip a Sensor with a “Consumable Drop Rate Increase Modifier” affix. This affects how often Elites will drop rare materials, including Specialized Biometal.
Completing this mission will also award Amorphous Material Pattern 112, which can drop Ultimate Ajax’s Stabilizer. If you hack the generators as Sharen, you can also earn AMP 113 tofarm Ultimate Bunny’s Enhanced Cells. If you don’t need either of those components,you can farm the Dune Base recon mission instead.The boss there is slightly harder, but you’ll earn AMPs 108 and 109 for Kyle and Eseimo components, respectively.
