Pokemon Gohas been hosting Go Fest 2024 live events across the globe this year, giving players the opportunity to travel and experience a unique and exciting Pokemon Go experience with other Trainers from around the world. For those who couldn’t attend these events, they will be hosting a remote version of this, calledGo Fest 2024: Global.
This will only be a two-day event, taking place from10am local time to 6pm local time on both Saturday, Aug 01, 2025, and Sunday, Jun 14, 2025.There will be several exciting bonuses and features available throughout this event, and even some Pokemon Go debuts, all detailed for you below.
Event Habitats
For the first day of Go Fest 2024: Global, Saturday, July 13, there will bedifferent habitats rotating each hour, changing the different Pokemon that you will frequently encounter in the wild. Each habitat will be available for aone-hour window,with each habitat appearing twice throughout the day.
Below you can find each of these habitats, the times that they will be active, and the Pokemon that will be spawning in the wild as a result.

On Sunday, July 14, the second day of this event,there will be no rotating habitats. Because of this,you will have the chance of encountering any Pokemon from the different habitats above, regardless of what time it is.
Event Raid Pokemon
Throughout this two-day event, there will be several event-themed Pokemon appearing in Raids,including the debut of Necrozma, and its two alternate forms, Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma.

Five-Star
Additionally, on the second day of this event, you will have theopportunity to battle against Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma in Five-Star Raids. Following the successful completion of each of these Raids, you will be rewarded with anencounter with Necrozma, Cosmog Candy, and either Solar Fusion Energy or Lunar Fusion Energy.
Solar and Lunar Fusion Energy can be used tofuse Necrozma with either Solgaleo or Lunala, providing you with either Dusk Mane Necrozma or Dawn Wings Necrozma.
The Five-Star Raid Pokemon mentioned above will have thechance of possessing a Special Backgroundwhen caught as a Raid reward.
This includes Nihilego, Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Celesteela, Kartana, Guzzlord, and Necrozma.

During Go Fest 2024: Global, all players who log in and play Pokemon Go will benefit fromthree different in-game bonuses, further enhancing this event. These bonuses include:
Event Research
Special Research
There will beGo Fest 2024: Global Special Research available for all playersto complete, available on the first day of this event. Completing the different tasks for this Special Research will reward you with different in-game items, including thePokemon Go Fest 2024 Alolan Greeting Pose and the Marshadow T-shirt avatar item.
Field Research Tasks
OnSaturday, July 13, you will have the chance of receivingevent-themed Field Research Tasksfrom different PokeStops. These Field Research Tasks will beassociated with a specific event habitat, matching the habitat that is active when the Field Research Task is required.
Event Ticket
For Go Fest: Global, you will have the option of purchasing anevent ticket,providing you with several additional features and bonuses on top of those that are available to all players. This ticket will cost$14.99 USD,purchasable at the Pokemon Go in-game shop or the Pokemon Go Web Store.

Those who purchase this event ticket will benefit fromsix additional bonuses, stacking on top of the event bonuses available to all players. Each of these bonuses can be found below.
Incense Encounters
If you have purchased this event ticket, you willencounter specific Pokemon when using an Incenseduring this event. This includesUnown A, D, G, H, I, N, T, and Y, in addition to one other Pokemon depending on which Pokemon is active.
Each of these four additional Incense encounter Pokemon can be found below with the habitat that needs to be active for them to appear.

You willnot encounter these event Incense encounter Pokemon whenusing the Daily Adventure Incense, only standard Incense.
Those who have purchased this event ticket will also be granted access to two different Special Research Stories, one on Saturday, July 13, and one on Sunday, July 14.
For the Saturday Special Research, you will have to complete different taskscentered around Marshadow, the Mythical Pokemon. You will be rewarded with different in-game items for completing this Special Research, in addition toan encounter with Marshadow.
The second Special Research that ticket-holders will obtain will beprimarily focused on Necrozma, the latest Five-Star Raid Pokemon that is debuting worldwide with this event.
Global Challenges
During the first day of this event, there will beGlobal Challengesto complete each hour, corresponding with the specific habitat that is active during that hour. You and other Trainers who have purchased this event ticket will be working together to complete specific tasks within each hour of Saturday, July 13.
If a Global Challenge is completed before the end of a habitat hour, you and other ticket-holders willbenefit from a special bonus until the end of that specific hour.Make sure to work together to complete as many of these challenges as possible, as they will not be available during the second day of this event.
