You can obtain many materials from the open world, or you might find raw materials that can be crafted into other items. Additionally, disassembling scrap you find can yield various materials. There are multiple ways to acquire specific materials in this game, but when it comes toAluminum Ingots, you’ll need to craft them in a furnace within your base.
How To Get Aluminum Ingots
As you may have guessed,Aluminum Ingotsare craftable materials made from Aluminum, which you’ll start to notice afterreaching the western region of the map called Chalk Peak. However, like other craftable materials,there are a few memetics you need to unlock first.
First, ensure tounlock the Aluminum Ingot formula under the Infrastructure tree in tier four. This will enable you to craft them using yourElectric Furnaceand this requiresboth Aluminum andAcid, both of which are fairly easy to acquire.
Now that you have this information, it’s time tofarm some Aluminum Oresin the Chalk Peak region, or even in the Red Sands if you’ve unlocked it, but don’t forget to bring yourSteel Pickaxeorany drillyou have to mine the Aluminum ore.

Once you’ve collected all your materials, head to your Electric Furnace andensure it’s connected to aSolar Generatorfor it to function.
Interact with the furnace and select the Aluminum Ingots formula to craft. This will requirefive Aluminum Ores and oneAcidto produce one Aluminum Ingot.
