Ready for another longer-term event inMonopoly Go? Gather four of the folks from your friends list and team up for the next week to upgrade some delightfully adorable summer treats at the center of your board. You’ll watch these displays graduate from standard mixers all the way to impressive summer sundaes.
There are six milestones in the Ice Cream Partners event in Monopoly Go, which runsuntil July 15, giving you plenty of time to team up with your friends, earn ice cream tokens from the other Monopoly Go events, and spin the wheel to upgrade your summer treats.
How To Play Ice Cream Partners
In Monopoly Go, Ice Cream Partners is ateamwork eventthat requires you and up to four people from your friends list tocollect ice cream bar tokenstogether, colorful frozen treat icons that offerdifferent quantities of pointsto use during the event. You can haveup to four partners, and each partnership has its own ice cream display on your board.
As you collect tokens, you’ll select which display you want to work on andspin a wheelthat offers different quantities of points, working together with your teammates toearn enough points to reach reward benchmarks, as indicated on the left side of the screen in the Ice Cream Partners menu.
The final prize is tough to earn, butin addition to dice rollsand stickers, you’ll also receive a newIce Cream Truck board tokentouse on your Monopoly Go board!
Each spincosts 20 tokensby default, but this also scales with your point multipliers, spending more tokens at once but earning higher rewards. There are plenty of different ways to earn tokens for Ice Cream Partners in Monopoly Go, such as:
You can also earn Ice Cream Partners tokens by playing the event itself! There are plenty of wedges on the wheel in Ice Cream Partners that eithergive tokens to your partnerthat allow them to spin a bit more when they’re next playing the game, as well as by landing on spaces that allow you tospin againwithout cost.
As you earn points during the Ice Cream Partners event, you’ll unlock up tosix impressive rewards in each partnershipfor upgrading your ice cream treats. Since you cancollect each reward for each partnership, that means you stand to earn these rewards up to four times over beforethe event ends on July 15. Be sure to cash in as many of your Ice Cream Partners tokens before then - they don’t carry over!
