The Emblem System inDead By Daylight, referred to as just Emblems, determines your Player Grade based on how you perform during your matches. There are two separate Emblem Systems, one for Survivors and one for Killers.

Player Grades are separate from the hidden matchmaking system, so they don’t have any effect on who you’re matched with in a trial. Once a month, all Survivor and Killer Grades are reset, and you’ll earn a Bloodpoint bonus depending on what your final grade was. How to earn Emblems and increase your Player Grade can be tricky to figure out, but we’ve got you covered!

What Are Emblems?

There areeight total categoriesof Emblems: four for Survivor, four for Killer. These categories revolve around actions that are part of the core gameplay for Dead By Daylight.

As you perform specific tasks in a match, whether you’re playing as a survivor or a killer, ahidden scoring system tallies up your pointsfor each category. At the end of the match, the tally screen will show youwhat Emblems you earned based on how well you did.
