Vessel of Strife is a unique relic inLast Epoch. It not only grants a lot of Ward Retention but also converts a portion of Health Regen to Ward. This makes it a very viable option for Ward-based builds. These include but are not limited to Flame Ward, Frost Claw, Mana Strike, etc.
To acquire it, you will need to push through Monoliths (Normal or Empowered) until you get the Temporal Sanctum Key, which is needed to access a dungeon that drops the Vessel of Strife. But since it is entirely RNG-based, it can be a bit tricky to get it.
How To Get Vessel Of Strife
Vessel of Strife only drops from Tier-4 Julraat the end of the Temporal Sanctum dungeon.It also has a measly drop rate of seven percent, which means that you may potentially do hundreds of Julra runs without ever getting a single drop.
If you like to push your builds to the absolute limit, getting a Vessel of Strife to drop with more than twoLegendary Potentialis next to impossible.
An easier way to get it is if you area part of the Merchant’s Guild. You can search for it in the Bazaar, but be prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for it.
How To Unlock The Temporal Sanctum Dungeon
To access the Temporal Sanctum dungeon,you will need to get the Temporal Sanctum Key. After you get one, you need tohead over to The Ruined Coast in the Ruined Era.
Once there, find the waypoint and turn east todefeat Ortra’ek the Survivor to unlock the Temporal Sanctumdungeon. You will find Lost Sapphire Nagasa at the entrance.
You will not be able to enter the T4 straightaway. You will first need tocomplete the dungeon on easier tiers before T4 is unlocked.

Temporal Shift Ability
Upon entering the Temporal Sanctum dungeon,you will be introduced to Temporal Shift, which is specific to this dungeon. You can press the ‘D’ key (default) to use Temporal Shift.
It will instantly teleport you to a different timeline. Throughout the dungeon, you will need torely on this ability to progress through the blocked areas,avoid enemies if needed,and even dodge Julra’s attacks.
You onlyget one life in the Temporal Sanctumdungeon. If you die at any point, you will need to replay the entire dungeon with a Temporal Sanctum Key.
