Graveywads aren’t exactly uncommon inLast Epoch. There’s an entire era defined by the risen dead, and just as you’d expect from a period full of skeletons and zombies, there are plenty of tombstones to go around.
However, there’s one very special graveyard in Last Epoch’s Imperial Era where you’ll find several dozen tombstones etched with the glowing names of some very special people without whom Last Epoch would never have been produced. This special zone (filled with some very special zombies) is called the Hallowed Graveyard. Don’t worry; it’s not nearly as spooky as it sounds.

Where Is The Hallowed Graveyard?
You can find the Hallowed Graveyard justoutside Imperial Welryn in the Imperial Era. You’ll need to pass beyond Imperial Welryn and reach The Soul Wardens' Road to find the Hallowed Graveyard entrance.
After first arriving in the Imperial Era (which happens after choosing your subclass and defeating theEmperor’s Remainsin the Ruined Era), make your way through The Outcast Camp, then Welryn Outskirts, and Imperial Welryn before arriving inThe Soul Wardens' Road.

You should be around level 25or so, but if you’re not, don’t worry about it—there’s nothing particularly threatening in the Hallowed Graveyard.
Once in The Soul Wardens' Road, look for a gate leading to a graveyard in the northeastportion of the map soonafter you spot the waypoint. If you reach the entrance to The Ruins of Etendell, you’ve probably gone too far and you’ll have to backtrack. Thoroughly scour the map and you’ll eventually find the Hallowed Graveyard.
What Is The Hallowed Graveyard?
Once you reach the Hallowed Graveyard, you’ll immediately notice a difference between this area and other areas in Last Epoch. For starters, there are no enemiesjust milling about waiting to be squashed. There’s also no loot. Instead, there are all these gravestones with glowing names, and a few of them can be interacted with. Do so at your own peril.
Actually, those interactable gravestones just have named zombie enemies inside, but they’re no more dangerous than a regular zombie (that is to say, not dangerous at all).
So what gives? Well, the Hallowed Graveyard is less a playable area and more ofa ‘thank you’ to Kickstarter backerswho pledged at a high enough level.
Like many developers, Eleventh Hour Gamesfunded their game throughKickstarter. Nearly 3,000 backers pledged over $250,000 to help Eleventh Hour Games develop one of the best modern action RPGs.
Anyonewho backed the game at $250 or moregottheir name on a tombstone in the Hallowed Graveyard, while anyone who backed at $400 and above got a specialinteractable gravesite that produces a named zombieto attack the player.
The whole area is basically a fancy Easter egg. There’s no loot, no quests, and the zombies don’t provide much in terms of experience. There’s also no waypoint even though the map indicates there should be (it’s assumed this is an inconsequential bug).
If you come across the Hallowed Graveyard, feel free to poke around and say thanks to all the zombieswho gave their hard-earned cash so Last Epoch could exist.
