When exploring the Palapagos Islands inPalworld, you’ll come across many different Pals of various skills. Sometimes you’ll come across different versions of a Pal that are similar in body and name, but have different powers, come out at different times of day, or have different habitat requirements.
One such Pal is the Shroomer Noct, which is the nocturnal version of the Shroomer Pal. Both can be found the same habitat, but the Shroomer Noct only comes out at night. This is a great Pal to have at your base or fighting alongside you out in the world. Let’s go over where you may find one and how to catch it.
Where To Find Shroomer Noct
The Shroomer Noct, like the Shroomer,can be found on Sakurajima Island, specifically around the Mushroom Wetlands. However, they willonly appear at night. Just look for a purple Shroomer and you’ll know you found the right Pal.
Make sure you have equipped thebest possible weapons and armor, along with eitherUltra or Legendary Spheres. Since Shroomer Noct is a Grass and Dark Pal, you’ll also need either your bestFire or Dragon Pal to come with you.
If you don’t want to take the chance of accidentally killing the Shroomer Noct before you can throw the Sphere,you can wear a Ring of Mercytokeep the Shroomer Noct’s health from going below one HP.
Once captured or defeated, Shroomer Noct dropsVenom Gland or Mysterious Mushroom, both of which can be used in various recipes including poison arrows, Mysterious Mushroom Juice, and theShroomer Noct Saddle.
Shroomer Noct’s Base And Partner Skills
Shroomer Noct’s Partner Skill, Swooshy Spores,allows you to ride themas a land mount once you have the Shroomer Noct Saddle.
This skill also helpsdecrease the rate at which Pals' SAN stat goes downwhen employed at your base. Additionally, since they are nocturnal, they’ll generallywork better during the night.
