Most of the materials inFields of Mistriacan be acquired by either foraging or mining. But, there are some materials you’ll have to go out of your way to find, and even then it depends greatly on your luck.

Seaweed is a fairly common material in the game that you might need often. However, acquiring it isn’t as easy as it sounds because even if you know where to look for it, the chances of this item actually showing up are quite rare and will require multiple attempts to gather quite a few.

How To Get Seaweed

In Fields of Mistria, Seaweed is usuallyfound on the beach. You can head to the beach by goingeastfrom your farm. You’ll end up at theSweetwater Farm, and from there, you’ll have togo south,and you will arrive at the beach.

To acquire Seaweed, you’ll have tojump into the seaandswimto thebubbling spotsin the water. Once you’re at these spots, you’ll be prompted to dive.Diving at the bubbling spotswill get you an item, and there’s a chance that this item might just be the Seaweed you are looking for, among other things like clams or treasure chests.

If you fail to find any Seaweed at all of the bubbling spots on the beach, you’ll have to return to your farm and visit the beach again the next day.

You can unlock the mill after completing the Repair the Mill quest.

Furthermore, if you’ve completed theRequest for Seaweedquest from the request board, you’llreceive the Seaweed Salad recipeas a reward. Lastly, you cansellthe Seaweed you have obtained for15 Tesserae.
