Set Up A Profile And Get Matching
The Lovestruck expansion for The Sims 4 changes the game when it comes to affection and love, bringing the Sims into the modern day by finally introducingonline datinginto the game.
The app you’ll do this on is calledCupid’s Corner, and you can access it eitherfrom your cell phone or computerby interacting with thepink heart-shaped iconon the first screen. Within the submenu for the app, you’ll have a few options.

How To Find Dates On Cupid’s Corner
Step One: Make A Profile
But what good is a dating app if you’re notusing it to meet new Sims to date? The first step to meeting someone new using the Sims 4 dating app is bymaking a profile for your Sim.
They’ve got some default info filled in when you first launch Cupid’s Corner, but you’re able tocustomize your Sims’ profileson the app to put their best foot forward. This includestaking a selfiefor them andhighlighting a few of their more desirable traits.The profile also shows your romantic and sexual attractions, which are set when creating your Sim in CAS.
Step Two: Choose Some Matches
Now that you have a profile all set, it’s time to get to swiping! In The Sims 4: Lovestruck, you’ll meet new romantic partners on Cupid’s Corner bysaving profiles to the Matches tab. you may haveup to 15 profiles savedat any given time.
Each time you use the app, you’ll be given a handful of other potential suitors for your Sim to date, whether that’s aSim from the overworldor someonecreated by the community. Who knows who you’ll come across in your stack!
When viewing someone’s Cupid’s Corner profile, you’ll see their profile photo, some basic info about them, andtwo traitsthey chose to highlight.If you’ve set any Turn-Ons or Turn-Offs for your Sim, traits that match these preferences are highlightedin pink, while traits that don’t match are highlighted in white.
But your Sim doesn’t have to be aperfectmatch with someone before they add them to the pile! Any Sim you’re into getting to know a bit more can beadded to your Saved listfrom the stack. You never know your true chemistry until you meet up in person, and the app can help facilitate this as well.
Step Three: Schedule A Date
When you view a Sim’s profile on the Match screen, you’ll have a few options. You could choose toimmediately plan and begin a Date with them, which brings the two of you to the agreed upon location right away if you’re ready to get going. you may interact with up to three profiles this way each day.
You could also opt toadd the Sim to your contacts listto reach out later if the timing isn’t quite right. Is it the middle of the day, or your Sim is about to get going on something else? No matter, save that match’s contact info and reach out at a more convenient time.
Regardless, you’ll end upplanning a Date eventwith this Sim in time (if you don’t meet the Sim of your dreams first). On this menu, you’ll select alocationfor the date, as well as a fewthings that are encouraged or discouraged during the dateitself. These choices influence the goals of the date you go on, so choose wisely.
Normally, during this stage of the date, you chooseyour date. This is true when you know the person you’ll be going on a date with, but blind dates are much the same, except you don’t choose the Sim meeting you there.
