You’ll gather materials to expand your base, craft weapons, armor, and other essential items needed to survive, explore settlements, and defeat enemies to level up your character and make them stronger.
Hunting down materials is crucial in this game; without them, you won’t be able to progress or achieve significant milestones. These materials can be obtained in various ways—by collecting them in the open world, crafting them at one of your territory facilities, or discovering them while exploring settlements and looting crates.
How To Get Beryllium Crystals
Beryllium Crystalare materials that you won’t craft or find as raw resources in the open; instead,you’ll need to explore settlements to acquire them. Fortunately, you don’t have to progress far into the game or the story to start collecting these crystals.
The second region you’ll explore after the first is theBroken Delta, located just southwest of the Dayton Wetlands.All the settlements in this region can reward you with Beryllium Crystalsthrough exploration and looting crates.
The more crates you loot, the higher your chances of acquiring additional Beryllium Crystals.
When you open your map and hover over any settlement in the Chalk Peak region,you’ll see Beryllium Crystals listed as one of the possible rewards.
Once you’ve looted all the crates in a settlement, you can move on to the next. However, if you’ve completed all the settlements in the region, don’t worry—you won’t be locked out of obtaining Beryllium Crystals.
All the crates, except for the Mystical ones,respawn a few hoursafter being looted, so you’ll always have a chance to gather more of these valuable materials as needed.
