Hopefully you’ve been a fan of the Floral Face-Off daily tournament inMonopoly Go, Scopely’s hit mobile game, because we’re in for a third round of it today. We’ll once again be trying to hit Railroad tiles in the name of knocking our opponents down a peg or two for the sake of earning points.
Floral Face-Off is the last of the jungle-themed events in Monopoly Go before we get a little cosmic instead, so be sure to roll your dice between2PM EST on August 14and2PM EST on August 15if you’re hoping to compete once again.
How To Play Floral Face-Off
Floral Face-Off is back yet again in Monopoly Go, finishing our week of dinosaur-themed events with one last daily tournament. At least the graphic of Mr. Monopoly and Scottie doing research on the jungle flora is cute, right? As always, you’ll need to aim toland on the Railroad tilesaround the board to earn points for Floral Face-Off, which you’ll do in the following denominations:

If you’re trying to earn even more points, the best bet is to roll your dice manually and usehigher dice roll multiplierswhen you’re near a Railroad tile, since your score gets multiplied by that numberfor the daily tournaments, too. Six, seven, and eight are the most common dice rolls, so keep it in mind when you’re approaching the Railroads!
If you missed out on the adorablenew shield skinfrom yesterday’s tournament, featuring aPower Rex giving a cheeky thumbs-up, you seem to have another chance at it during Floral Face-Off today. This time, Rex is only for thetop five playersinstead of the top ten like yesterday, so you’ll need to fight a little harder if you’re hoping to get it today.
We at least still have the usual smattering of newsticker packs in assorted colors, both as milestone rewards and for the top ten players on each board of 50, as well as potentiallythousands of extra dice rollsand all theextra cash payouts.
