Among all the different injuries and status effects in7 Days To Die, an Infection is one of the most common ones. Almost every enemy in the game has a chance of giving it to you, so it’s something you’ll want to be prepared for any time you go far away from your base.

It may not seem that serious at first, but much like real life, the worse an Infection gets, the worse the effects are going to be on your character. You’ll want to heal an Infection as soon as possible, or else you might just meet your end somewhere in the wilderness.
