How To Defeat Garukhan, Queen Of The Winds

This isa Level 63 boss fight. Before you start, you should aim for around 1,500 HP, capped Elemental Resistances, some source of Armor, and a flask with Corrupted Blood immunity.

Garukhan is resistant to Chaos/Elemental damage, so it will take a while to chip her HP if you are playing those builds. Throughout the fight, she will summon tornadoesthat deal Physical Damage.

As for herself, she willcharge at you followed by a melee combo. you’re able to easily dodge it using any movement skill like Frostblink, Dash, and even Leap Slam. She can also usePhase Run to chase you around the entire arena. attempt to damage her whenever possible, and she will flee from the area.

If you are playing a Minion build, you may let your minions damage her while you focus on dodging. This essentially trivializes the entire fight.

At this point, she will summon Kira, the Sand Warriors, and the Sand Goliaths to aid her. Similar to Garukhan, Kira also resists Chaos Damage as well as Elemental Damage. Moreover, her spear applies a stack of Corrupted Blood, so be sure to have something for it.

As for other enemies, they do not pose too much of a threat. Once she reappears, keep on dealing damage until she dies.

Soul Of Garukhan

Garukhan is also a Minor Pantheon god in Path of Exile. Once captured, it gives these bonuses:

Cannot be Blinded. You cannot be Maimed.

Rewards

Once you have acquired the Sekhema Feather, you will have the option togive it to either Tasuni or Irasha in Highgate. Regardless of your choice, you will get a Book of Skill. You can simply click on it to get a free Passive Point and some XP.

Moreover, whoever gets the Sekhema Featherbecomes the ruler of Highgate. However, this does not impact the gameplay at all. You will just get different voice lines depending on who gets it. If you give it to Irasha, Tasuni gets a little annoyed, but that is about it. There are no long-term implications.
