Aspirations inThe Sims 4are what motivates your sim to live their life! Within the game, there are several knowledge-based aspirations that you complete, with many being included in various expansion packs for The Sims 4. One aspiration that you can complete is Nerd Brain.
If you want your sim to be a genius rocket scientist, then this is the perfect aspiration for them. In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to complete this aspiration, as well as what you may gain after completing all four levels. This aspiration is part of the base game, so you don’t need to buy any expansion to select it.
What Is The Nerd Brain Aspiration?
The Nerd Brain aspiration requires your sim to become bothlogical and handy.While aiming for this aspiration, they will also need to bepro at launching a rocket.
Unlike many other aspirations, this onedoes not involve reaching the top of any career path.Still, a great job would be one that requires sims to have high handiness or logic, such as being anAstronaut.

Finish 3 books
Reach Logic level 3
This first step is fairly easy; simplygain some logic and read a few books.Books can be read from any bookshelf; this stepdoes not require you to read any specific type of book.If you want to be as efficient as possible, you couldread handiness or logic books.
The best way to increase logic without a book is toplay chess or use a telescope.
Repair or upgrade an object
Craft an object at a Woodworking Table
Reach Logic level 6
Level two of the Nerd Brain aspiration starts tointroduce handiness.At this point, you can continue toincrease logic as you have been(playing chess or using a telescope are still great options).
In addition to this, you will need tobuy a Woodworking Table.Your first few creations will be kind of… bad, butas you increase your handiness skill, they will get better.
Lastly, to repair an object, you will need to be at least level two in handiness. At this point, you canupgrade plumbing objects; we suggest upgrading asink or toilet.Remember, to do this, you will need to upgrade parts. These can besalvaged through scrap piles or purchased online after reaching handiness level two.
Reach Handiness level 5
Launch or upgrade a rocket 5 times
Own a rocket ship
Moving on to level three, you will now need toincrease your handiness and get your hands on a rocket.There is one rocket type that you can get from Build/Buy mode, as well as two more that unlock through the Astronaut career.
Once you place down a rocket ship,you will still need to build it. This can take a while, but once all three sections of the rocket are complete,you will unlock the rocket science skill.The easiest way to complete this skill is tolaunch five times(rather than upgrade five times).
Between each launch, there is no extra building that you need to do. So, set out into space, return home, take care of some needs, and then set out again!
Reach Logic level 10
Fix or upgrade 5 objects
Now, we are on to the final step of the Nerd Brain aspiration. Interestingly, this isn’t too difficult compared to the previous level. Continue to increase your logic until you reach level ten. You will alsoneed to use your handiness to fix or upgrade objects.
If you come across any broken items, simply fix them! This isn’t easy to anticipate though, sowe suggest upgrading everything.This includes everybathtub, shower, toilet, and sink, as well as kitchen appliances.
Reward For Completing The Nerd Brain Aspiration
As a reward for completing the Nerd Brain aspiration,you will receive 5,000 Aspiration Points, as well as the Handy trait.This is a helpful trait that gives you theability to instantly fix and upgrade any object.
This may seem simple, but it completely cuts out the time it takes to upgrade something. Instead, you simply need toclick on the object of choice and select the option to do an instant upgrade.
