To solve this mystery, first,teleport to the giant pearl in thesecond region of the game, Lucent Waters.You will be in a circular area, and if you look north, you willsee an arch-like bridgementioned in the mystery.

Use the ladders on the left or right corner of the bridge to stand in the middle of it. This will bring you to the area called ‘The Upper Floor.’
