Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3has released its last set of weekly challenges for Season 4. Completing any five of this week’s challenges will unlock the Mutagen weapon blueprint for the FJX Horus, giving it a unique green tint. If you love using the FJX Horus, you’ll want to pick this up.
This is also the time to unlock this season’s exclusive animated camo, as it will go away at the start of Season 5. In this guide, we’ll go over all 21 challenges this week, how to complete them quickly, and showcase the unique weapon blueprint and animated weapon camo up for grabs this week.
Week 8 Challenge Reward
Completing five of this week’s challenges will unlock theMutagen weapon blueprint forthe FJX Horus.This gives the weapon a vibrant green shader with DNA strand decals over the grip and barrel. An animated shimmer is also present near the barrel and receiver.
Since this is the last week of the season, you can also unlock theHelical Reverb animated weapon camo by completing five challenges fromeveryweek this season.It gives the weapon a bright green color and covers it with rotating DNA strands. It can be applied to all MW2 and MW3 weapons.
Get 20 operator kills while crouching with a recommended weapon.
2,500 XP
Get 15 kills with no attachments equipped to a recommended weapon.
5,000 XP
Get 5 kills while in smoke with a recommended SMG.
Get 10 kills with a recommended SMG set to full-auto mode.
7,500 XP
Get 2 kills in a row without taking damage with recommended SMGs 5 times.
10,000 XP
Get 5 kills or assists with a recommended weapon.
In Urzikstan, open 20 loot caches in the northwest region (Resort, Power, Seaport, Cargo).
In Urzikstan, open 20 loot caches in the southern region (City, Suburbs, Manor).
Complete 10 contracts in Warzone.
In Urzikstan, open 20 loot caches in the eastern region (Military Base or Farms).
In Urzikstan, open 20 loot caches in the central region (Old Town, Low Town).
