Where To Find Yakumo
Yakumo canonly be found in Sakurajima, around theMoonflower Tower area. They’re a feisty Pal, so it’s best tocome prepared with your best weaponsand armor so you can handle this creature. You may alsofind Yakumo as an Alpha Pal in dungeonson the island.
If you head to Sakurajima at night, you cansneak up on one while it sleepsfor easy capture.
As a Neutral type Pal, you’ll want tobring Dark type Pals to defeat it.Pals likeWixen Noctor Katressmake for great companions in this endeavor!
Yakumo has acouple of Ground type attacksthat will blast sand and stone at you.Dodge these attacks to avoid being slowedand taking damage while firing your weapons towhittle down its health.
Once Yakumo’s HP is low,throw an Ultra Sphere or betterto attempt to catch it. You mayearn some leatherafter a successful catch!
It may take a few tries to finally catch the Pal, soequip the Ring of Mercyif you want to ensure it doesn’t fall in battle.
Once you’ve captured a Yakumo, you may deploy them at your base. Theironly work suitability is gathering, so they won’t be able to do much in terms of work other than collecting crops for harvest. However, their Partner Skill is more useful.
