There are dozens of Pals inPalworldfor you to collect, and with the Sakurajima update, there are even more for you to find. Some of them can only be found at night or in dungeons and caves, while others wander the open fields freely. One of the newest Pals is Shroomer, a happy little fungi-themed fellow.
You may not encounter them until much later in the game, once you’ve built a sturdy base and have the right gear to take on high-level Pals. Here’s everything you need to know to find Shroomer and add them to your collection and Paldeck.
Where To Find Shroomer
Shroomer can befound exclusively in the Mushroom Wetlandsto the east of Sakurajima. There, you’ll find plenty ofShroomers roaming the marshesand have your chance to catch them. Shroomer is adinosaur-like Palwith a bright red mushroom cap on their head.
Make your way to the Mushroom Wetlands withyour best Fire type Palssince Shroomer is a Grass type. They’ll hurl dirt at you, sling poison, and unleash powerful Grass attacks to thwart you.
You’ll want tolower its healthbefore tossing your best Pal Spheres at it. If you’re having trouble catching it, you can use items like theRing of Mercyto reduce its health to one HP so you can get the best chance of keeping it in your next sphere.
Ultra or Legendary Spheres work best for these high-level Pals!
Shroomer is a useful Pal to keep at your base. Aside from their work suitability withplanting, handiwork, lumbering, and gathering, their Partner Skill, Swooshy Spores, is unique. While at your base, Shroomer’s sporesreduce the rate at which sanity decreasesfor other Pals.
