Each Pal has an element type and unique work suitability so they can assist you at your base. However, not all Pals are easy to find. One of those is Katress Ignis, who you may not even know of.
Several Pals in Palworld can be found by breeding two specific Pals together, which makes them difficult to find if you don’t know about it. Thankfully, we’ll walk you through the steps so you can complete your Paldeck.
Where To Find Katress Ignis
Unlike most Pals, Katress Igniscannot be foundin the overworld. This rare Pal, even when caught,does not reveal a map locationfor where you may find more. There areonly two waysto obtain Katress Ignis: indungeons and through breeding.
The first method is easier, though you’ll need to be prepared. Head into adungeon on Sakurajimaand keep your eyes peeled for Katress Ignis inside. When you find them, get ready for a fight.
You’ll need tolower their health and throw an Ultra or Legendary Sphereat them. This will increase the odds of you catching them successfully, which will add them to your Palbox.
How To Breed Katress Ignis
You canbreed Katress Ignisas well, though it takes a specific pairing. You’ll need amale Wixen and a female Katressto make Katress Ignis. Put them together and give them a cake so they canproduce a Large Dark Egg. This egg willhatch as Katress Ignis.
Whenboth parents are Katress Ignis, the result will be a Katress Ignis, too. Still, it will take time to find two of these Pals on your own or hatch them. The materials and time needed for breeding isa bigger investmentthan running through a dungeon quickly, but it’s a surefire way to get Katress Ignis.
Deploying Katress Ignis At Your Base
Katress Ignis is agreat ally to haveat your base, especially as a Fire and Dark type Pal. They’re best suited tokindling, handiwork, medicine, and transporting.
Their Partner Skill, Botanical Atlas,causes Grass Pals to drop more itemswhen defeated, so it’s worthwhile to bring them with you if you plant on hunting for a while or farming specific resources.
