Worqor Lar Dor is a level 93 Trial inFinal Fantasy 14: Dawntrail, where you and your allies will have to fight against the Skyruin, Valigarmanda. After being set free from its icy prison by Bakool Ja Ja, Valigarmanda needs to be put down to save not only the Yok Huy, but Tural as a whole.
With the power of Lightning, Ice, and Fire, Valigarmanda is one of the strongest creatures in all of Tural, and the great Gulool Ja Ja was only able to seal it in the past. However, with your allies and an unlikely friend, you’ll be able to overcome this threat. Here’s a complete walkthrough for the Worqor Lar Dor Trial.

How To Unlock Worqor Lar Dor
This Trial is unlocked through the Dawntrail MSQ with the following quest.
This quest comes soon after completing the level 93 Dungeon,Worqor Zormor.

Worqor Lar Dor Walkthrough
This trial pits you against Valigarmanda, whose main mechanic isSkyruin, which will transform the arena into one of two states. Below you can find Valigarmanda’s main attacks that it uses throughout the fight, as well as its attacks that are specific to certain Skyruin phases.
If you’re doing this trial with theDuty Support system, you’ll gaintwo stacks of Willful. If you’re defeated, you will insteadconsume one of these stacks to instantly get back up. If you die for a third time after using both Willful stacks, you’ll have to start over again.

Falling off the arenawill restart the fight regardless of how many Willful stacks you have.
Untelegraphed Attacks
AoE
Valigarmanda has several attacks that it will perform throughout the fight that arenot telegraphed by AoE markersuntil the last moment. Instead, you’ll have topay attention to its animationsto determine which parts of the arena will be dangerous or safe. These are also accompanied by ared warning textthat flashes on the screen.
Ice Talon
AoE Tankbuster
Targetsboth Tankswith ahigh-damage AoE attack. The Tanks shouldsplit apartandstay away from the rest of the partywhile usingdefensive cooldownsto mitigate this damage. Ice Talon also inflictsFrostbite for 15 seconds, dealing damage over time.
Skyruin
Special
Deals damage to all players, inflicts eitherElectrocutionorFrostbite, andtransforms the arena. Valigarmanda will either channelThunderorIce, using different attacks in each phase.
Disaster Zone
Roomwide AoE
Deals damage to all party members while transforming the arena back to normal.
Ruinfall
Tankbuster/Special
Creates adouble-Tankbuster pillarin the center of the arena thatboth Tanks will need to stand into split and absorb its damage. Immediately after the Tankbuster resolves, all players will bepushed to the back of the arena, wherethree circle AoEswill be spread out.
Ruin Foretold
Deals damage toall party membersbefore summoningthree elemental Beaconsand targeting one player with aline-Stack Marker. At the same time, Valigarmanda willrepeatedly target the arena with several conal AoEs.
Eruption
AoE Markers
Targetsthree playerswiththree consecutive circle AoEs. Spread out while moving around the arena to avoid these.
These mechanics, as well as those detailed below in each Skyruin phase, will berepeated until Valigarmanda is defeated.

Skyruin - Thunder
In this version of Skyruin, the arena will become afour-by-three grid of squares, with thefour corner squaresand thetwo center squaresbecomingtiles that will Levitate you into the air. Valigarmanda will use the following attacks during this phase.
Thunderous Breath
Conal AoE
Deals damage in acone to the front of the boss. This attack can be avoided byLevitatingon any of the six applicable tiles.
Hail of Feathers
Dropsfour feathersaround the arena, each one dealingroomwide AoE damagewhen it lands. These feathers will persist for Valigarmanda’s next attack.
Blighted Bolt(Bolts of lightning fall upon the battlefield…)
Targets players standing on the Levitate panelswith a smallcircular AoE. Avoid these bymoving off the Levitate panels. Shortly after, thefeathers will explode in a circular AoE, so stay clear of these while moving off the tiles.
Arcane Sphere(Valigarmanda summons arcane circles of thunder…)
Line AoE
Summonsfive lightning circlesat one side of the arena that will thenfire a line AoE across the arena. Find the safe spot and move there to avoid.
During subsequent instances ofSkyruin - Thunder, Valigarmanda willcombine Thunderous Breath and Arcane Spheres, as well as itsuntelegraphed attacks also with Arcane Spheres. Watch carefully during this phase to determine the safe spots, as the area ofsafe spots will decreasethe more mechanics are happening at the same time.
Skyruin - Ice
Valigarmanda will cover the arena in snow before performing a new set of attacks.
Avalance(A rumbling avalanche approaches from the southeast/southwest)
Deals damage in alarge diagonal line AoEfrom thedirection indicated by the red warning text. Additionally,large blue arrowswill show the direction of the incoming avalanche, so move accordingly to avoid this attack.
Freezing Dust
After a short countdown, inflictsFreezing Upon all players. If you stop moving before the debuff expires, you will befrozen, making you unable to attack or move. Simplykeep moving until the debuff wears offto avoid this.
Arcane Sphere(Valigarmanda summons arcane circles of ice…)
Createstwo Arcane Spheresnear the center of the arena that will then fire offseveral line AoEs in cardinal and intercardinal directions, as indicated by the faint blue lines pointing out from the Spheres. Find thesafe spot between the two sets of line AoEsto avoid this attack.
From the second use on of Skyruin - Ice,Arcane Spheres will be paired with Avalance and Freezing Dust.
