There’s no shortage of bosses inBlack Myth: Wukong, and there are many optional bosses that the player can defeat to obtain promising rewards. However, some of these bosses are fairly tricky to find and quite challenging to beat.
Non-Able is one of the four Non bosses that players can encounter in Chapter 3. Defeating the boss is completely optional, but if you do decide to fight against him, you’ll have to be prepared because this boss will test your skills and patience. But, defeating Non-Able is worth it as you will be able to absorb his spirit which can be quite useful depending on your playstyle.

How To Find Non-Able
Non-Able can be found near theBrook of Bliss Shrinein theValley of Ecstasy areain Chapter 3. You will have to find thefour Buddha statues first, as part of Yellowbrow’s task to find the way ahead and after that, you’ll be able to reach this area.
From the Brook of Bliss Shrine, headstraight to your lefttill you reach a path upwards. You’ll end up in an open area with several trees and statues in the front, but as you walk ahead, you’ll find Non-Able in themiddle of an open snow field.

Non-Able Attacks
Non-Able is one of the few bosses with two phases in Black Myth: Wukong. When you first encounter him, his hands will be tied, and he’ll fight against youusing only his legs. Once you’ve defeated him,he will fully restore his health and break his shackles. During his second phase, he’ll start utilizing his arms as well as his legs to wreak havoc upon you.
Phase One
Quick 360 Degree Kick
Non-Able will throw astrong quick kick. This attack may appear as a follow-up attack in some of his combos.
Avoid bydodging as soon as the kickis about to hit you.

4-Hit Kick Combo
The boss will throwthree kicksone after the other with forward momentum. For the final hit, he willjump into the air and land on his feet, dealing damage in a small area.
You can avoid this attack bydodging in any directionas each attack is about to hit you. You can alsoquickly sprint away to get out of his range, but you’ll still have to dodge the jumping attack that he does at the end of this combo.
Quick Kick Combo
At the start of this attack, Non-Able will reel back a little, and throw a quick kick. He will then do asmall forward flip into two strong kicks.
When you see him reel back a little and prepare for this attack, it’s best to create some distance because thekick hits very hard. Keep rolling to the back to avoid subsequent hits from the combo.
Spring Kick
Non-Able will put his back on the ground and thendo a spring kick.This attack also has a follow-up where the boss does an additional kick right after getting on his feat.
You can see this attack coming from a mile away. It’s very easy toavoid by dodging in any direction. The follow-up attack can be tricky to avoid but if you stay at a safe distance away from the boss, you won’t have to worry about it.
Hopping Kicks
The boss will do a small hop and land on his feet, dealing damage on his landing. Non-Able canfollow up this attack with another jump attack, jumping even higher into the air this time. The AOE of the second jump is even bigger than the first one.
Simply avoid this attack bydodging or sprinting out of range.
Stomping Kicks
Non-Able will dotwo quick stomps, one after the other. The boss can follow it up with a jumping stomp.
Like most other attacks in Phase One, this also has a very short range and can be avoided bydodging to the back or sprinting away from the boss. Avoid the follow-up attack by dodging as the boss lands on his feet.
Dragging Kicks
Usually used as a follow-up attackafter singular kicks. The boss will drag his feet,one after the other, dealing damage to the Destined One if he gets hit by it.
Avoid this attack bydodging backwards. Keep your eyes on the boss as this attack can be difficult to see due to all the snow on the ground.
Phase Two
Grab Attack
Right as the boss transitions to Phase Two, he will try tograb the player.
Be wary of this attack and know that this attack is coming as the boss enters his second phase. you’re able to avoid being grabbed bydodging in any direction.
Rolling Fist
Non-Able will take a stance, and you’ll see smoke come out of him before hestarts to spin around with forward momentum, closing the distance between you and him as he throws a strong punch with Qi bursting out of it.
It is difficult to get away from this move so you’ll have tododge exactly when the fist is about to connect.
3-Hit Fist Combo
Non-Able will assume a stance where he brings both of his hands close to each other, and you willspot smoke coming out of him. After that, the boss will throw aseries of three punches, one after the other. The first two punches will unleash Qi as the boss throws them out, while the third and final hit will be a backhand punch.
Avoid the first two hits bydodging to the sides. The third and final hit can be avoided by dodging in any direction.
One, Two, Into Palm Force
The boss will throw a punch with each hand, and as he stays in the stance after doing the second punch, he will open his fist,unleashing Qi from his palm.
If you manage to dodge the first two punches, you’ll be able to avoid the Qi burst from Non-Able’s palm. Dodge inany direction as the attackis about to hit you.
How To Defeat Non-Able
Non-Able hits very hard. During the first phase, you have to be very careful as you will want to save as many resources as you’re able to for the second phase. It is recommended that you only useImmobilizeonly onceduring the first phase.
Be ready to dodge at any moment during yourlight attack combos. If you notice that the boss is about to do anything at all,just dodge to the back. Some of his kicks are incredibly quick and can catch you during your light attack combos.
If you’ve defeated theWandering Wightboss in Chapter 1, his Spirit could be ideal for this boss fight as it gives you +20 Defense, providing you with more survivability against Non-Able’s ruthless offense.
During the second phase, focus on usingImmobilizeandCloud Stepas much as possible to deal damage while also limiting his offense. You can also use the Red Tides Transformation to deal a fair amount of damage to the boss or to negate some damage since the Transformation has a separate health bar.
Rewards For Defeating Non-Able
Defeating Non-Able rewards the player with his Spirit Summon. Alongside his Spirit, you will also receiveBlood of the Iron Bull,Refined Iron Sand, twoYaoguai Core, and 1196 Will.
The Spirit ofNon-Ableallows you to enhance your light attack combos by using the Spirit in the middle of it, while also slightly increasingyour attack, critical hit chance, and critical hit damage, at the cost of reducing your maximum Mana. As per the description of Non-Able’s Spirit, using the spirit at different stages of thelight attack combowill enable different moves.
