Bogged spawners can be found inTrial Chambersalong with any other enemy, however, they will also spawn atnightin anyswamp biome.

How To Defeat The Breeze And Bogged
The Breeze
TheBreezecan be fairly challenging and have a decent30 hearts, but luckily their trial spawners will only spawnone at a time. Their primary attack isshooting powerful gusts of airat you. These don’t do any damage by themselves, but canlaunch you into the airand cause fall damage.
Additionally, these gusts willactivate any of the nearby dispensersif hit, which can contain variousdamaging arrows—including poison, slow, and harming—and will leave that effect on the ground for a short time. Finally, the Breeze willoccasionally bouncearound the room, often over your head.
When fighting a Breeze, it’s best tokeep your shield upuntil you’re ready to strike, as this will negate its gusts.Pushing it the nearby staircaseswill be helpful, as the Breeze won’t be able to create as much distance and, if you are hit by a gust, a low ceiling will prevent too much damage. Finally, and most importantly,do not use arrows, as they simply bounce off the Breeze.
Once killed, a Breeze will have a chance todrop Breeze Rods. These can be used to make Wind Charges, giving you the same gust ability whenever used, or be used to craft theMacewith the Heavy Core.
The Bogged
TheBoggedare much simpler, with only16 hearts, and they act the same as a Skeleton. However, the Bogged shootpoison arrowsinstead, which can quickly be a problem when you are surrounded by enemies.
The best advice when fighting a Bogged is touse your shieldto deflect any arrows and be prepared to eitherdrink a bucket of milkto get rid of the poison effect, orburrowuntil it is over and play it safe.
Whendefeated, a Bogged can dropArrows of Poison, bones, regular arrows, or its bow.
