The Casting of Frank Stone’sseventh chapter opens with Bonnie and Linda outside the mill talking about Jaime—this scene goes from cute to heartbreaking if you got him killed in Chapter 5, as you’d expect. Split paths are a big deal in this game, after all.
This chapter opens with Bonnie offering Linda a drink, but it doesn’t matter if she says yes, since the flask is empty. Afterwards, you’ll enter the Mill to find the rest of the group. This sequence radically changes if Jaime died earlier, so we’re splitting this walkthrough into two sections.
What Happens If Jaime Survived
Upon entering the Furnace,Jaime will run out in a panic, yelling about Chris being sucked into a strange portal. Bonnie stops to comfort him, so Linda presses on alone to uncover the truth.
Don’t worry too much about exploring, since we’ve already been through these locations and found everything.
Head to the Workshop, pick up the droppedcamera, and return to the Furnace. You’ll find that Jaime and Bonnie are gone.
Leave the Furnace and go outside to find them,and Frank Stone will attack the group again. Nobody gets sucked into a portal this time, but everyone splits up—did they not watch Scooby-Doo?
What Happens If Jaime Died
Upon entering the Furnace, make a beeline for the Machine Room where Linda and Bonnie will find Jaime’s mutilated corpse.
The two of youleave the Mill together, and Frank Stone attacks you, splitting you up.

Where To Find The Trinket
Immediately,Frank will attack Linda in the shed, teaching you how to use the camera.Film him and he’ll dissipate, buying you some time. It’s incredibly hard to mess this up since it’s essentially a tutorial, but failingdoesopen up a completely new path.
Frank Gets Linda
If Linda doesn’t ward off Frank in time, he’ll hook her onto the wall and end the chapter prematurely. She doesn’t die, and this opens up a secret optional path later on.
We’d advise against doing this on purpose, as you’ll miss out on a bunch of collectibles.
Escaping The Wagon Shed
Ward off Frank andactivate the Scissor Liftto discover that it needs power.
Follow the yellow wire to a nearby generator. It needstwo partsto be repaired, both of which can befound right next to the Scissor Lift.
Repair the generatorand thenactivate the Scissor Lift.While it lowers, you’ll be attacked several times by Frank—keep that camera at the ready.
Frank also attacks when you first try to repair the generator.
Once the Scissor Lift has been lowered,climb onto itand jump onto thetraincart.Keep pushing forward until you reach the Rear Yard.Balance along the beam to the right, and you’ll find theDiamond Cufflinks Trinket.
Drop down and go through the double doors, ending the chapter. If you messed up and Linda got hooked, she’ll remain in the Wagon Shed next time we see her, but for now, we return to 2024 and find out why Sam’s at the manor.
