These Deviants are creatures that have special abilities, and some use them to terrorize poor survivors who are unlucky enough to meet them. Thankfully, they can be defeated and secured.
Combat Deviants have powerful attack or defense powers that are useful to have by your side in battle. Gadget Deviants produce unique materials that can be used for crafting items that give you buffs and abilities. Territory Deviants make production in your territory more efficient by working on machines or by gathering resources. One such Deviant is theLogging Beaver.
How To Get The Logging Beaver Deviant
you may often find the Logging Beaver Deviant hanging aroundvarious fishing spots across the region. It’ll be hovering over land in an orb.
You can try searching for the Logging Beaver Deviant at thedocks near Meyer’s Market or the docks near Greywater Camp.
When you find the Deviant, approach it. When you get close enough,hold ‘F’ to attempt to secure it. Your odds at successfully capturing the Deviant will be displayed on the orb.
If you catch it, it’ll be placed in your backpack. Head back to your territory andstore it in an Isolated Securement Facilityto get it to start working on your territory.
TheLogging BeaverDeviant is a great early-game territory helper because it willcollect logs for you while it is active. It can alsofind pieces of wooden furniturethat you can use for decorating.
Keep your Logging Beaver Deviant happy by supplying it withthree watts of electricity and music, and putting it next to crops.
