These are creatures that possess different abilities that can be used to help survivors or to terrorize them.
There are different types of Deviants that you can come across and secure to be your ally. Territory Deviants help in managing production on your base. Gadget Deviants produce materials for crafting special items that grant you abilities. Combat Deviants can be summoned into battle to help attack or defend against enemies. One such Combat Deviant is theVoodoo Doll.
How To Get The Voodoo Doll Deviant
The Voodoo Doll Deviant is obtainable by successfully beating theCarnival of Doom quest. This can be found in theJunkyard west of Sunbury School.
To find the Carnival of Doom, you need tolook for a revolver sitting on a boxin a warehouse in the Junkyard. There will be soldiers standing around it, so you’ll need to defeat them first.
Interact with the revolver, and you will be transported into another realm. You will need tobeat Chuckles the clownthere in order to escape and get the Deviant.
Attempting to play Russian Roulette with Chuckles immediately will prove fruitless.Investigate the area first.
First,head to the cable on the other sideof the room. V will notice that someone is helping Chuckles cheat the game. Speak to him andsay you need some fresh air.
A giant door will open behind Chuckles. Go through and look for the clown who’s helping him.Defeat the clown and interact with the Roulette Cheating Devicefound in the room.
Head back to Chucklesand play his game. You will win it, and he will turn into the Voodoo Doll Deviant. Secure it andstore it in an Isolated Securement Facilityto have access to its abilities.
This Deviant can be used in combat toreflect or absorb damagefrom enemies.
The Voodoo Doll Deviant will requireblue light, red light, music, and a toyto restore its energy as quickly as possible.
