Summary

Balatro,Palworld,Manor Lords. 2024 has been a year of surprises, but none has outdone expectations more thanHelldivers 2. What was seen as more of a stopgap with no tentpole exclusives coming toPS5anytime soon wound up becoming an unmitigated hit that made it into the top ten highest-grossingPlayStation-published games ever within two months of launch. Helldivers merch has kind of been playing catch up ever since due to its success taking most by surprise, and in early 2025,a Super Earth Youtooz collectionwill join it.

Even though you won’t be able to own the figures until January 2025 at the earliest, Youtooz has revealed its Helldivers 2 collection and pre-orders begin on August 12. Leading the way as they do in the eternal battle against Terminids and Automatons is your standard Helldiver, taking a knee with their gun in hand. Following right behind is a bloody version of the same figure that will be exclusively available through the PlayStation Store. Don’t worry, it’s not their blood.

Helldivers 2 is about a lot more than just Helldivers. We’ve mentioned them already, and as much as they might have made you tear your hair out and run for the hills for the past six months, the enemies are as integral to the sequel as you are, Helldiver. As for which ones have been deemed special enough to get their own Youtooz figures, the Bile Titan leads the way. One of the biggest monsters you face across all of Helldivers' planets, bile spilling out of the figure’s mouth.

Dispense Peace With The Ultimate Collectibles

The flame-throwing Hulk Scorcher is the Automaton that has been chosen to represent Helldivers 2’s robot-kind, and rounding out the collection is a two-pack with an enemy from each half of the Helldivers galaxy. From the Terminids we have a Charger, and included alongside it in the two-pack is its Automaton equivalent, the Devastator. Every figure in the Helldivers 2 Youtooz collection is $29.99, including the two-pack, presumably meaning the Charger and Devastator will be smaller than the other figures.

Youtooz is reaching into PlayStation’s deep past as well as its present when it comes to future plans for its figures. The company’s director shareda very early look at a Sly Cooper figurebeing worked on right now, revealing the concept early because Sly 2 is their favorite game of all time. It’s been more than a decade since the last Sly game, butits games have recently been added to PS Plus’s classics catalog. Perhaps that combined with the promised Youtooz figure means something else is on the horizon, but probably not.
