The Cybertruck is also coming toRocket League.
It’s certainly one of the stranger crossovers, and one that most people are completely baffled by. Fans are calling it everything from the “loser cringemobile” to a “kindergarten kid’s drawing”, with many saying that they will go out of their way to hunt down the players who use this thing. It might be the worst pay-to-lose cosmetic yet.
It’s unclear what it will cost, but the partnership arrives in-game tomorrow. You can see a clip of it in action below.
As many were quick to point out (even asking if Epic Games would incorporate it as a feature), the Cybertruck rusts and stains notoriously fast. It’s also incredibly difficult to clean, so you’ll want to keep it out of the rain and away from sand otherwise your new Fortnite Cybertruck will quickly lose its sheen (it won’t, but imagine).
As reported bythe USDA Forest Service, it’s also not very good at off-road handling, so don’t deviate too much if you buy this skin. Odds are you’ll end up stuck in a forest, open and vulnerable. You’ll also want to avoid driving it inthe snowy regions of the mapas well since the car is knownto get trapped in the cold.
And we can’t forget the most iconic moment in the Cybertruck’s recent history when Elon Musk asked a colleague to try and break the armoured glass at a showcase to highlight how safe and resilient the windows are. But when he threw a metal ball at said window, it shattered. Something tells me it won’t be very good at stopping bullets.
