A week later another five games arrive, headlined by what I’d argue is the pick of the 22 arriving throughout August - Baldur’s Gate 2. Not a predecessor you are guaranteed to love if you’ve been mildly obsessed withBaldur’s Gate 3for the past year like the rest of us since it launched 23 years before 2023’s game of the year. However, when it’s free to claim and keep, if you love Baldur’s Gate 3, you may as well give it a try. Worst case scenario is you don’t like it and you spent a few hours confirming that.
