Summary
InElden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree’sfinal fight againstConsort Radahn, Miquella can grab you and mutter vague promises about their new Age of Compassion. When this happens, a golden crown will appear floating above your head, this is their supposed “blessing”.
If you get grabbed twice, you will have your heart literally stolen and die.

If you explore the optional areas leading up to this confrontation, you’ll findSt. Trina, their discarded half. They ask you to kill Miquella after a handful of sacrifices for good measure, but if you do, they both die.
Since launch, the community has been trying to save or at least revive St. Trina. To this end, one fan crossed the entire realm of shadow starting from Enir-Ilim, plunging into the Stone Coffin Fissure to bring Miquella’s blessing to their other half in the hopes that it might spark something. Nothing happened.
Even By FromSoftware Standards, That Would Be Obtuse
FromSoftware storylines are notoriously cryptic and confusing, especially in an open-world game likeElden Ring. Without so much asa quest log, all you have to go off of are vague clues that you must commit to memory or jot down in a notepad that you’ll inevitably be confused by when you come back to decipher it 50 hours later.
If St. Trina’s revival involved fighting the final boss, getting grabbed on purpose once, defeatingthe final boss, and then travelling across the map to St. Trina without dying or resting (you only have one shot at this after Radahn is dead because you can’t get grabbed again), then it would be nigh impossible for most.
Regardless, it’s an impressive feat on Vert-SLX’s behalf, even if it didn’t amount to anything. It doesn’t look like St. Trina can be saved, unfortunately, but perhaps there’s more to their story that we’ve yet to uncover.
