Blazamut Ryu is a Dragon and Fire Variant of Blazamut. As it is a dual-type Pal, defeating it becomes much harder as you need to consider the strengths and weaknesses of both types. Blazamut Ryu has a powerful moveset and its attacks can destroy your team easily if you are underleveled.

How To Start Blazamut Ryu Raid Boss Battle

You need fourBlazamut Ryu Slab Fragments to start a Raid Boss Battle. You can obtain these asrewards for clearing a dungeon in Sakurajima. After collecting them, you can craft aBlazamut Ryu Slabusing your Workbench or Production Line.

The Slab takes a lot of time to craft especially if your work speed is low, so a level 4 Handiwork Pal will help you make it quickly.

Once your Slab is ready, you canplace it in the Summoning Altarto call the Boss at your base.

We recommend not summoning Blazamut Ryu at your main base, as it can destroy it completely. It’s best to make a temporary base somewhere dedicated to beating Raid Bosses.

Blazamut Ryu Battle Preparations

Blazamut Ryu is an extremely formidablelevel 55 bosswith a massive HP of 512,680. It will hit you with a lot of strong attacks, so make sure that you don’t start the battle while you are under-leveled.

Ideally,you and your Pal need to be around level 55. However, if you are playing on higher difficulty settings, you need to work more on your level.

You can boost your Pals' attack and other statsusing Pal Souls at the Statue of Power. Equip some accessories to make yourself less vulnerable. We also recommend you equip accessories to withstand its powerful attacks.

Blazamut Ryu Attacks

Blazamut Ryu has a few range attacks, soit’s best to battle it from afarif you want to avoid damage. It will hit you with multiple projectile attacks throughout the battle, which you can only avoid if you observe their trajectory carefully. You might also want to avoid his meteoric attacks, which can damage significantly.

Blazamut Ryu cannot be caught during the raid boss battle, so any attempt to throw spheres at it is a futile effort.

To defeat Blazamut Ryu without getting a lot of damage, we recommendshooting it using your long-range weapons. You are more likely to get caught up in his close-range attacks when he will often summon fire around itself. Though, if you are careful enough, a lot of its attacks can be avoided by jumping or rolling.

Magna Crush

This is one of Blazamut Ryu’s signature skills. It willjump up high in the airand thenland on the ground, punching itwith a huge impact.

The Attack has a long-range, so try tosprint away from the point of impactas much as you can.

To determine the point of attack, note Blazamut Ryu’s position while it is falling down.

Brawn Impact

It will envelop both of its fists with fire and then hit you with them while also causing an explosion.
