World of Warcraft has been enjoying a great amount of publicity in 2024, a warm and refreshing welcome after the start of the decade left the company in a hated state. But in the aftermath of a highly-successful Dragonflight expansion, the fun chaos of Remix: Pandaria, and even the beloved Plunderstorm, it seems like we have more WoW fans than ever before.

If you’re a new convert or a member of the old guard, finding decorative figures and statues is a loved hobby. We’ve searched and come back with some excellent figures that you can add to your display shelves today.

World Of Warcraft 26" Lich King Premium Statue

The Justice of the Grave

Looking for a show-stopping centerpiece to your WoW showcase? This 26" statue of the Lich King, Arthas Menethil, standing atop the crumbling corpses of his Scourge footsoldiers is certain to draw the eyes of your collection’s admirers.

Getting started with the showstopper, we have the Arthas figure that’s dominated news for a while now. Let’s get the most notable thing out of the way first - this is an expensive purchase. At $1,100 before tax or shipping, this isn’t something the average raider is going to want to purchase. But if you’ve got the spare scratch, this gorgeous, show-stopping piece of art is something worth considering foravid collectors.

Hand-sculpted and hand-painted, this figure depicts Arthas the Lich King standing on a platform made of his crumbling, decaying Scourge minions. With Frostmourne at the ready, this immaculately detailed figure stands at more than 2 feet tall, reaching 26" at its apex. It’s made of 98.4% polyresin and 1.6% PVC, making it a sturdy statue - though that’s not something we recommend trying to test.

Funko Pop! World Of Warcraft Lich King Figure

I see only Funkos before me

Arthas sat for years frozen solid in Icecrown while he grew his power and bided his plans. Now he can sit frozen on your display shelf, where he’s not quite as capable of raising an army of the Undead.

Want to represent Arthas but don’t want to drop four figures to do it? That’s more than fine! Blizzard’s partnership with Funko has recently come to fruition in this new figure. This Arthas model is the newest figure in the Warcraft arsenal.

The Pop displays Arthas as he would’ve been on the Frozen Throne, made of a translucent blue “ice” for that frozen effect. That makes it ideal for lighting it from below or behind, as the light can shine through the transparent figure. However, the coloration makes it hard to make out some of the details on the figure.

Dragonflight might be over, but we can miss it

Are you already missing Dragonflight? This pair of draconic figures from McFarlane Toys can help you relive the Dragon Isles without having to worry about making it to the Soup event on time.

Dragonflight was a phenomenal expansion, but now that it’s in the past-tense, we’re already beginning to feel some nostalgia. Flying around the Waking Shores to hunt rares, jumping in circles around the circle in Valdrakken, and rushing to get to the soup event on time to try to get another Flavor Pocket are formative memories at this point.

If you want to go back, McFarlane Toys can help. This package comes with a detailed Bronze Proto-Drake reminiscent of the Dragonriding mount we soared over the Plains with. Along with the proto-drake is a Blue Highland Drake that captures the likeness of the unmodified Highland Drake mount. These are great in a pair, soaring higher with their tall display cases, but the height makes them slightly top-heavy. Because of that, we don’t recommend putting them anywhere where you think they might be repeatedly jostled, like on a desk or table. The top of adisplay shelf or a bookshelfis a good place to avoid such damage.

McFarlane Toys World of Warcraft Orc Warrior & Shaman Figure

Lok’tar!

McFarlane Toys is here to give out the best Orcish battlecry they can muster with this high-quality, highly-customizable action figure. Users can choose whether they want to represent an Orcish Warrior or a wise orcish Shaman.

For fans of Warcraft and Horde faithful alike, having one of the classic Orc appearances on your display shelf is an understandable desire. But what if you can’t pick between a Warrior or a Shaman? You don’t need to make two purchases - you just need to take a moment to customize this figure. McFarlane’s figures are beloved for being customizable, and this excellent piece is no exception to that rule. If you’re looking to highlight your Horde pride, there are plenty of other McFarlane figures that can fit your purchase.

McFarlane Toys makes plenty of Blizzard-themed figures (and more than a few of other IPs, of course). With this figure, you can use the included accessories to depict your Orc as a warrior or shift it into a spiritual shaman. Whichever you pick, the figure will look amazing, and the wide base will stop it from wobbling and falling over. That way, you can put this figure wherever it’ll best serve your clan.

Funko Pop! Warcraft Durotan Figure

No sequel yet, but still great merch

Want to represent your love for the Warcraft movie? This Funko Pop resembles the Frostwolf chieftain Durotan, looking more like his movie appearance than his in-game appearance.

Not many people talk about the Warcraft movie nowadays, which is a bit of a shame. While it was a fantastic piece of high fantasy, many Warcraft fans were hesitant athow much of the loreit changed. Eight years later, many of us have given up a bit of hope for the sequel, but we’re always happy to be surprised.

If you were a fan of the movie still hoping to hear about more Warcraft films, you may love this Durotan figure. Made to depict the movie character rather than the handful of in-game appearances we have of Thrall’s father, this figure features his natural brown skin as a Mag’har. It’s balanced well enough to stand on its own, so you won’t need to stress about where you’re storing it.

There are a bunch of Warcraft Movie Funkos and figures out there, but they’re a bit harder to find. Blizzard doesn’t advertise the movie as much and manufacturing of these older figures is limited. While this figure isn’t tough to find, we saw plenty of “sold out” tags out in the wild for similar options, so act fast if you see one that you want.

McFarlane Toys World Of Warcraft Human Warrior And Paladin Figure

King’s honor, friend

Looking to show your Alliance pride? This figure includes a Human Warrior that can be customized to appear as a Paladin instead, as well as a mystery weapon to collect.

McFarlane Toys doesn’t just make dragons and orcs. you’re able to find just about every Warcraft (playable) race displayed in their immaculate figures, but there are few figures more classic than the Human Paladin. That hurts my heart to say as a Horde main, but what’s more iconic than the Ashbringer at the end of the day? Frostmourne? Trick question, Lordaeron royalty counts too.

Either way, you’re certain to love this McFarlane model of a Human Warrior. This figure is customizable, as the others are to appear as either a Human Paladin or a Human Warrior, showing a perfect mirror to the Orcish Warrior/Shaman dynamic McFarlane also sells. There’s also a mystery weapon included that you won’t know about until you open it, which could serve as a huge surprise. The extra-wide display base makes sure that this figure won’t wobble, so you may safely put it wherever you’d like.

FAQ

Are There Collectible Warcraft Figures?

Absolutely! Everything we’ve mentioned here is a collectible, and there are plenty of limited edition items that keep the reselling market alive and well. We suggest checking third-party selling sites to find the rarest options, but some may take some tracking down at local gaming stores or independent collectors and sellers.

What Brands Focus On Warcraft Collectibles?

Other than Blizzard itself, there aren’t many brands that focus solely on Warcraft collectibles. We love the brand McFarlane Toys, as they have plenty of options, some of which we’ve highlighted here. Funko Pop also makes a good deal of Warcraft-centric figures. It’s a good idea to keep your sights on anything Blizzard releases, especially around November, as this is the anniversary of World of Warcraft and often a time that they look at new releases.

When Will New Warcraft Figures Come Out?

New figures come out relatively often. We’ve highlighted a very recent release from Funko Pop in this article, for example. Blizzard also frequently releases new figures that hit stores every year or so. Keep your eye open to see what new stuff is coming to stores near you.
