Another Fontainian that makes use of the Bond of Life Mechanic, Clorinde requires a certain amount of attention to be paid when pairing her up with others.
Clorinde is a 5-star Electro sword character that works best as a main-DPS. As mentioned, her kit revolves around the Bond of Life mechanic - meaning she doesn’t always get on well with healers. However, she does have an ability to heal herself, so you don’t necessarily need a healer for every team competition.
Team 1: Aggravate
Clorinde’s damage comes primarily fromelectroas well as its application, meaning that any team focusing on electro-related reactions will do well to support her.Aggravate, in particular, works well as Clorinde kickstarts the reaction by following her teammates' application of the elements.

Start by throwing down Nahida’s Elemental Burst, followed by holding down her Elemental Skill and tagging all enemies with it.
Immediately use Fischl’s Elemental Skill to summon Oz.
Kazuha
Follow up with Kazuha’s elemental skill, plunging attack, and then his Elemental Burst.
Clorinde

Furina’sElemental Skillallows for almost uninterruptedHydro application, so if you’ve built Furina correctly using theGolden Troupeartifact set,having her off-field gives her an even bigger increase to her skill damage.
Furina’sC2is her best addition to this team, as it lets her hit the cap of herLet the People Rejoicefaster. you’re able to have Furina gain up to140 percent Max HP, making for a dramatic increase to her skill damage.
Nahidabeing on the team acts as your main applicator ofDendro- thus allowing you to create theDendro Coreswhenever an enemy she’s attacked is hit by Furina’s minions. Nahida’sC2allows forHyperbloomto hitCritical hits, something that will grant massive extra damage for your team.
You’ll also lower the enemy’sDEFwhenever thequickeningeffect happens too; overall, if you’re getting over800 Elemental Masteryfor your Nahida, then your reactions will do a great deal of damage. Finally,Baizhuis on the team as support (both tohealandshield), and his C2is a great addition, as it limits the amount of time he needs to be out on the field - by allowing for more healingevery time an enemy gets hit.
Since Furina constantly drains everyone’sHPwith her skill, Baizhu is there to balance things out.
Furina
Start by summoning Furina’s Salon Solitaire Elemental Skill. Follow up with her burst.
Use Nahida’s burst, and then hold down her Elemental Skill and hit every opponent.
Baizhu
Switch to Baizhu and throw down one of his totems with his Elemental Skill. If you’re in a pinch, use his Burst too.
Finish by switching to Clorinde and use her Elemental Burst to give yourself a Bond of Life. Immediately follow up with her Elemental Skill, and use a lunge attack. Shoot a few pistol shots and then alternate back to another lunge. Repeat this until you leave the Night Vigil state.
Team 3: Electro-Charged
Once you’ve ascended Clorinde once, you’ll unlockDark Shattering Flame, which is the key to utilizing her as an Electro carry. With this skill, whenever you trigger an electro reaction, the electro damage dealt from her normal attacks and burst are increased by 20 percent of her attack - up to a maximum increase of 1,800.
Although you can swapRaidenfor someone likeXingqiuorYelan, Furina’s hydro application is so strong that you don’t need two hydro characters. You can also then instead benefit fromRaiden’sadditional elemental damage from her skill.
However, withFurinadraining everyone’s HP with her skill, this team is better suited toquick fights and bossesas opposed to longer-timed battles - as the latter will requireFurinato switch to healingwhenever you take damage.
Begin your rotation by using Raiden’s Elemental Skill.
Switch to Furina and use her Elemental Skill, and then her Burst.
Kaedehara Kazuha
Next, move to Kazuha and use his Elemental Skill, followed by a plunging attack. Finish with his elemental Burst.
Team 4: Double Geo Carry
A slightly more unconventional team, this group of characters relies onbuffsandsustainsto highlight Clorinde - as opposed toelemental reactions. HavingZhonglion the team also gives a bit of safety with his shield, which is one of the strongest in the game, so if you’ve got hisC2, then it will also give you a shield as soon as you use his Elemental Skill.
If you want to take full advantage of Clorinde’s Tamato doll skill damage, make sure you always have a Geo Construct from Zhongli active.
Fischl is on the team to deal additionalelectro damage, as well as generate moreElemental Shardsto help shield your characters. However, verify you have herC6to have the most Electro damage possible for Fischl to deal.
Zhongli
Use Zhongli’s Elemental Skill to bring up a shield for your party members. You can also use his Burst if you have it ready.
