The first two cases in The Spider of Lanka DLC forThe Case of the Golden Idolcan be quite confusing when you attempt to make them fit into a cohesive narrative. The third case, In the Web of the Spider, is where things start to make sense and come together and you realise how this DLC fits into the main game’s central thrust.
This remarkably complex case is a bit non-standard, like some main game late cases - we have many ‘series of events’ style puzzles to work through, and a whole city to examine to work it all out.
